My leftover roast generated numerous comments in the kitchen (mainly due to my dedicated gravy vessel). Chicken, parsnips, carrots, broccoli, butternut squash and gravy! It was awesome and not too heavy as no roast potatoes or Yorkshire puds.
Scraping the barrel of leftovers, all I could find was pasta, pesto (with mould), tomatoes and stolen feta. It was surprisingly edible, good times!
